Time to Age Well

There are lots of reasons for volunteering and these can change throughout life. But, whatever age you are, whatever life stage you are in, there is loads of evidence that volunteering is great for health, for wellbeing, for making friends, for having fun – all whilst making a difference to people’s lives.

This year, if you haven’t already found the right volunteering opportunity for you, we would love you to consider how you can make a difference to the 62,000 over 65s in Kirklees who sometimes need a hand to age as well as we would all wish.
